This involved working with academics, technical and administration staff in a variety of ways including writing core values and behaviours as a driver for changing attitudes and building cultural cohesion. CAMOSUN COLLEGE, VICTORIA BRITISH COLUMBIA: (Indigenous Programs) Cowichan Indian Brand Economic Development Project Project management of an Indigenous Affairs funded project to make a large Cowichan Indian-owned farm on Vancouver Island economically viable. The projects had many facets including designing and implementing training programs for every production operation of the farm, ranging from agricultural techniques to managing the retail operations. PACIFIC MARINE TRAINING INSTITUTE, NORTH VANCOUVER Instituted, against fierce resistance, an evaluation system for assessing faculty performance benchmarked against other institutions; advised management and senior staff on change management; coached various members of senior staff; managed conflicts arising from the change program. |
